Background:
Dr. Patel and his wife moved from New Jersey to Mooresville, North Carolina in December, 2003. Dr. Patel had practiced ophthalmology in a group practice in New Jersey prior to his move to North Carolina.
Special Interest:
Dr. Patel provides comprehensive eye care including cataract surgery not limited to the traditional lens, but he also offers the most up to date lens, Restor Lens and Toric Lens. In addition to cataract surgery, Dr. Patel also treats glaucoma, eye injuries, infections as well as other diseases and conditions.
Personal Background:
Dr. Patel enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and playing with his twin children. He also likes to play golf.

Background
Dr. Intihar moved back home to North Carolina with his wife and children after attending optometry school in Philadelphia. His family has been thrilled to call Mooresville home since 2014. Together with Dr. Patel, Dr. Intihar is pleased to offer the best possible patient care to the Lake Norman area.

Dr. Intihar is passionate about the field of optometry and feels honored to be a member of a profession where he has seen, first-hand, the positive and lasting impact that excellent eye care can make in the lives of the people he serves. He takes pride in patient care, in offering personalized attention, and in practicing optometry with precision and integrity. When not at work, Dr. Intihar can be found alongside his wife, cheering for their two children at games and recitals, playing rec league softball, rebuilding cars with his dad, and finding new ways to make his wife laugh.
